Key Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in blockchain development, including Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.
Strong proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, or similar languages.
Experience with web3.js, ethers.js, and other blockchain libraries.
In-depth knowledge of cryptographic principles and security protocols.
Experience with DeFi, NFTs, and smart contract audits.
Proficient in backend development using Node.js, Python, or Java.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and decentralized systems.
Implement and optimize consensus algorithms, cryptographic protocols, and blockchain data structures.
Integrate blockchain solutions with front-end and back-end systems.
Lead and mentor a team of blockchain developers.
Perform code reviews, testing, and bug fixes to maintain code quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
Stay updated with the latest blockchain technologies and industry trends.
Write comprehensive documentation and create technical reports.
