We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join at Valcz. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT industry and a passion for creating a supportive and efficient work environment.

Key Skills

  • IT Recruitment: Experience in recruiting IT professionals, including understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Employee Relations: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively address employee issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Policies: Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws, with the ability to implement and enforce policies specific to the IT industry.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various HR functions efficiently.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and management.
  • HR Systems: Familiarity with HR software and systems for managing employee information and HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process for IT roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances related to workplace issues. Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work culture.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, assist with setting performance goals, and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Update and implement HR policies and procedures specific to the IT sector.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processing, benefits management, and maintain accurate employee records. Ensure timely and accurate compensation and benefits distribution.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate and organize training programs, and support career development initiatives for IT staff.
  • HR Reporting and Metrics: Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics related to recruitment, employee performance, and other HR activities. Analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize and support employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
